Coaching with Mon Terms of Service

Effective Date: 30th January 2025

Welcome to Coaching with Mon. By booking and participating in our Enneagram coaching services, you agree to abide by the following policies and terms.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All coaching sessions must be booked in advance through our official scheduling system.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

  • We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

  • If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice to transfer your payment to a future session.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be considered a “no-show,” and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

  • Refunds for cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be issued at our discretion, minus any processing fees.

3. Late Arrival Policy

  • Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time.

  • If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and no partial refund or extension will be granted.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be canceled and treated as a “no-show.”

4. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • All personal information shared during sessions is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.

  • We may take general insights (anonymised) for research or marketing purposes with your consent.

  • Sessions may not be recorded, shared, or distributed by either party without prior written permission.

5. Coaching Disclaimer

  • Our Enneagram coaching services are designed for personal growth and self-awareness.

  • We do not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

  • Coaching does not replace therapy, counseling, or professional mental health treatment.

  • The Client is solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and well-being.

6. Code of Conduct

  • We maintain a respectful and safe coaching environment. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

  • We reserve the right to terminate coaching services with any client who engages in disrespectful or inappropriate behavior, without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, resources, and content provided in coaching sessions remain the intellectual property of Coaching with Mon.

  • You may use the materials for personal development but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without explicit permission.

8. Liability Waiver

  • By participating in our coaching sessions, you acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for your own choices and outcomes.

  • We are not liable for any personal, professional, or financial decisions you make as a result of coaching.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any warranties or guarantees regarding the effectiveness of our coaching services.

9. Changes to Policies

  • We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time.

  • Clients will be notified of significant policy changes via email or website updates.

By booking a session with Coaching with Mon, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
