8x 90-minute Sessions
Each session will provide valuable information about you and your partners personality, powerful and personalised insights and guidance, and bite-sized takeaways and actions to implement in-between our sessions together
Personalised Worksheets
Worksheets with the relevant information & activities we’ll be working through each session, so you can revisit the content later. Throughout the session, you’ll have opportunities to highlight relevant content and note important insights and takeaways so you can begin to successfully integrate what you’ve learnt
Session Outlines:
Session 1: Discovering your personality type; we’ll consider your core motivations, dominant instincts & personality strategies.
Session 2: Assessing your current level of health, areas of strength and areas for growth, and illuminating harmful internal messages.
Session 3: Exploring characteristics that reveal when you are under stress, discussing your personalities focus of attention and perspective, and discussing growth paths.
Session 4: Exploring how you engage with life, people and circumstances; discussing your dominant way of processing and engaging, emotional imbalances, and styles of relating.
Session 5: Communication and conflict styles, including common conflict activators, how others can relate to you in conflict, and strategies to improve communication.
Session 6: Relationship values and issues; the shadow side of your core motivations, and you at your best.
Session 7: Growth paths; revisiting areas and strategies for growth, and when and how your partner can affirm your progress.
Session 8: Bringing it all together; reflecting & wrapping up.
